Yesim Baykan has a background in financial services and transactional processes, highly experienced in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning and Six Sigma Project Management. 

Before joining Results, Yesim has worked in ABN Amro Bank, Petrol Ofisi and Uzel Holding in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, Six Sigma Departments for 12 years. In this period;

• She was part of Lean Six Sigma Deployment at corporate level. 
• She was a Master Black Belt for DMAIC and Design for Six Sigma.
• She took active part in the Microsoft Project Server (with Six Sigma Accelerator) implementation project.
• She prepared feasibility studies of new investments, new distribution channels and new marketing and sales campaigns of the Lubricants Directorate.
• She was also responsible for KPI (key performance indicators) reporting and budgeting of the Directorate.
• She coordinated the MIS projects with the IT Department to improve strategic reporting for the Lubricants Directorate.
• She was dealing with the new projects, preparing preliminary market research, feasibility analysis and business plans to assist the Board of Directors make strategic decisions such as mergers and acquisitions.
• She prepared valuation models and business plans of a Joint Venture establishment with a well-known German engine producer.
• She managed the “Investor Relations”, was in charge of reporting periodic financial results and published all kinds of strategic information to London Stock Exchange.
• She also dealt with all big-scaled cash management of some companies, preparing periodical consolidated reports for the use of top management (cash flow analysis, budget and realized performance control of the Group Companies, etc.).
