I personally know the benefits of watching a company and its processes from the outside. I have noticed that Results can practice that attribute successfully. They can exhibit an impressive performance through their one on one techniques.

This is to confirm that I worked closely with the Results Team from Turkey during 2008. They were responsible for delivering training on Six Sigma, followed by coaching on the techniques learned.
The training was of an excellent standard – a good balance between being interactive and interesting, whilst at the same time managing to impart all the required information. The group was one of mixed abilities and varied language skills, which made the training more challenging, but the trainer managed to find a way of communicating with each member of the group effectively.
Following the training, a coach was assigned to come and help put the theory into practice. I found he spent a lot of time understanding the business to ensure that the advice he gave was relevant and appropriate. He had a way of explaining things, which was not condescending, but was very clear and I learned a lot just from spending time with him during the week that he was in South Africa. Since then, he has been very helpful with various queries that I have had, and always responds to my emails in a timely and friendly manner.
During the time that I have been working with Six Sigma techniques, I have encountered a number of consultants, both internal and external to DHL, who have given training and coaching. I did not find any of them as helpful and effective as the representative from the Results Team.

I was very lucky to receive Six Sigma training from representative of Results Company Cem Denizli. Cem, as a consultant is experienced, different, and passionate trainer with lot of skills. Cem can teach you how to improve your process step by step in a very concrete and friendly way.
We all know that Y=f(x), but nobody can explain it so interestingly as trainers of Results company do.

I had a very good experience working with the Results team as the coach for the process improvement workshop in Tehran. First Choice is a methodology designed based on Six Sigma and Lean techniques running by DHL. They spent a lot of time on workshop requirements and were very passionate on giving right direction and advice to me as the runner of the First Choice workshop and I really enjoyed of the knowledge and experience of them. Beside of that, we had a friendly and relaxed environment to understand each person’s point of view and come up with fruitful results at the end.
